- (1) In May in 1937
- Handa Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded.
- Mainly supplied The Japan Navy with Large Machine Tools
- (2) Sales Division was founded with enhancing the business volume in 1957.
- Capital was increased to \\2,000,000-, while the name of company was changed to Handa Sangyo Co., Ltd.
- (3) In September in 1962
- Capital was increased to \\5,000,000- with starting the sales of Machine Tools and Construction Machinery.
- (4) In June in 1965
- Capital was increased to \\20,000,000-.
- Machinery Manufacturing Division was separated and the self-supporting system was adopted, with the alteration of corporate organization.
- (5) In March in 1976
- A building both for Show Room and Warehouse for Machine Tools as well as an office with the parking facilities in capacity of 250 cars was completed.
- (6) In March in 1984
- A sensational modern building with a power-saving facilities of Wind and Solar Power Generators was completed with 8 stories above ground and 2 stories beneath for a sales office at a corner of Manse Bridge crossing very neat to Akihabara station in JR line.
- (7) In November in 1991
- A building with 4 stories above ground for the general exhibition hall with the self-parking facilities in the capacity of 300 cars was completed in Shimura town.
